Hi,
I am currently having a surround system comprising of Mirage Omni FS 550, C 150 and Rear 150 connected to Rx V 667. These are very good speakers providing good Bass. However off late I have started feeling that more musical, detailed speakers at low volumes will suit my taste then having high Bass / high volume. I do not intend to connect a Woofer.
So I plan to replace my Floor standers, retain the rear satellites and also replace the center ( 2X5.5 Fiber Glass and 1 X1 Al Tweeter) if required..
I need help in deciding which front Speakers to buy for matching with Yamaha V 667 - Need to be Musical and detailed at Low volumes ( Bookshelves with stands preferred). My room is not dedicated and is 20 X18 Living room with doors / windows all around.

Budget - I am flexible but around / under 40 K
Also are my requirements and proposed plan achievable or should I simply not pursue it?

Thanks

Thanks spirovious. Yes The Tannoy and Dalis have exellent reviews, however I feel they will be overshadowed by my Existing Center Speaker with (2.0 x Woofer driver - 5.5 in - Fiberglass , Center channel speaker : 1.0 x Tweeter driver - 1.0 in - Aluminum).
Could you please suggest some what higher end speakers to match with Yamaha 667 with good clarity even at low volume.

Its always better to match Center & fronts speakers. So think accordingly.
Also Klipsch can go well.Higher end, then you can check towers of said companies.

OK- My existing Speaker set up series is not being manufactured. So if required I will have to change the Center and Rears also at a later date.
For now the quest is for best musical / detailed speakers at low volumes to Pair with Yamahas.

My referred speakers are musical, you can consider towers from same series too.
