Cheap TV (43in?)

Want to buy a cheap TV for a relative. Probably won't be used to watch 4k for the foreseeable future. Hisense u6G seems good but is expensive and the person doesn't want to buy a Chinese brand. Moreover it seems overkill. But I'm not sure about the picture quality of other brands (esp big brands) in this price range. Probably it would be fine to buy something decent and reliable in the 20-30k price range for now. Maybe even 1080p. Doesn't seem worth it to invest a lot more tbh...

Seems quite costly for fhd and no android(I guess).

How are the other TVs from big brands in this price range? There are a lot of 4k ones too but no reviews.
How much would somewhat good VA one with high brightness cost?

Thanks. It would be convinient if there were pro reviews of these assembled in India TVs. They don't even list the brightness
