I am eagerly waiting for the hd feed of world cup ,i saw in some article, I dont remember where exactly in a press meet espnstar has confirmed that the matches will be covered in hd with 26 cameras, moving cam behind slips,45 degree cam and low hanging cam,all the matches will be live in mobile through 3g.

If ur a true cricket fan, u won't be waiting for dd to telecast it cos the test match was only available in ten cricket exclusively.being a die hard cricket fan I watch all the matches but the ads disturb me in ten cricket which I admit ......
U cannot throw all the fruits In a basket for a single rotten fruit ,if ur going to throw all the fruits u have to sacrifice the fruit itself.anonymous

in DD it is better to watch with set muted due to the awful commentary, tencricket is finding new ways to fill in ads, wondering whether we are watching ads in a cricket match or it is the other way around, and it is a "pay channel".

The screenshots do not show the worst and most obnoxious of the advertisements on Ten Cricket's broadcast, i.e. the ads that were superimposed onto the center of the screen while the actual live game is going on. The ad was presented in a manner where it seemed ot appear from beneath the ground in the center of the screen.

PS: TEN Cricket has been served a show cause notice by the concerned authorities, regarding the shameful advertisements during the India-SA series. Hopefully something good will come out of this. Although based on past history, I don't have much hope. Regulatoru bodies in India are only good for paying 'lip service' and the same goes for the greedy BCCI.

Very true. It's essential to make everyone aware that a particular fruit vendor always throws in one rotten fruit when giving you order a kilo of them. That way they can start competing with each other and buyers will get a choice. First step could be "A throws in an extremely rotten fruit" versus "B throws in a stale fruit" eventually leading to some vendor giving all good fruits, albeit at a higher cost.

I am fine with paying more, provided there is an accountability on what's being promised.

I am a Tata Sky new subscriber. Took TS HD only for Cricket. I havent ordered the sports package yet as i am waiting for ESS HD package. Any news on the ESS HD coverage on Tata Sky?
