How to order :
Order DAC, topping directly to INDIA

The speakers needed to be ordered via borderlinx/aramex.
borderlinx option i and friends have used for multiple times .
all prepaid delivery via DHL .

aramex is termed as cheaper (search for HFV thread)

Kaushik - any assembled dac in that price range?
Is there any external dac (non-usb) at the cost available? Or what will be the minimum cost for an external dac?

guys the china guys will give it assembled if u pay lil 500-700 extra ,ask once ..i can do a paid assembly ,that will be expensive as dac price is less...
the setup will sound good for the money and with added convenience of PC specially preferred laptop .
I have seen people with CDP and limited set of CDs ..collecting CDS burning etc happen less ,at the end some compromised /limited listening people do .

Purpose is not to beat CDP(it may be possible) but to have a VFM system .
I have not done AB comparision but trustme it will be a good setup . For people running DVDP(eek!) ,mp3players,always-poor PC inbuilt soundcard [why poor i will tell u later !] the dac amd amp will be a sure upgrade .

@kaushik regarding the DAC DIY - How simple (or difficult) is it for an inexperienced person to get a working unit (not necessarily great enclosure etc) out of the kit ? What else do I need ?

Also, how does this compare to the nuforge u-dac which is the budget dac I see being recommended with the Topping ?

(I already have Topping TP20 and got JBL control-1 today. Need something like a DAC to complete current set of system requirements :) )
