I placed an order for Bandridge Premium Performance Sub-woofer cable on 9th November 2014 through this seller on Amazon. The seller shipped the item through highly unprofessional "PROFESSIONAL COURIERS". The item reached my location Noida well on time but the courier didnt deliver it and as informed "By Mistake" sent it back to Mumbai. Upon rigorous perusal, the courier asked their Mumbai office to send the item back to Noida again for delivery. The item was delivered today on 27th November-after 20 days!

When I unpacked the item I was shocked to find the connector of the cable ruthlessly broken. Either the seller has sent the broken cable or the cable was broken during shipping. I am attaching the pics.

Please beware with this seller. They have highly unresponsive customer care as none of my mails have been responded to in the last 7 days. They claim to be in this AV accessory business since the last 3 decades yet the quality of services is above. Beware with professional couriers too.

I agree I made a mistake. Wanted to apprise fellow forum members to take a note of this. As seen in the pics, the package is itself quite old, no wonder the seller sent the already broken cable. I have filed for return as soon as I received the damaged item but there is no response from the seller so far:sad:
 
Amazon having online customer chat,they can help you. when I was order CD ,I got the CD with open box,so I contact them ,they refund the money..
 
Speak with Amazon customer care and lodge your complaint, not that they would resolve it promptly but at least they come to know of the issue. Also push Amazon for a refund as it is their site that should take responsibility to some extent at least.

I have very good experience with Amazon Shipping, I guess your item was directly shipped by seller.

The OP has mentioned that this particular item is not "Amazon fulfilled" otherwise he would have got the refund/replacement immediately by Amazon. But anyway I think raising the issue with Amazon should also help in getting the refund or at least a replacement by the seller.

Yes it says amazon fulfilled, then in that case the OP should be talking to the amazon customer care and initiate the case for refund/replacement rather than talking to the unresponsive seller. Not sure whether when he booked it might not have been amazon fulfilled as one of the posts the OP says it isn't amazon fulfilled. Let the OP clarify.

I also had a chat with one of Amazon CC executives and explained everything to him. However, as usual, the seller didnt respond and Amazon has thankfully refunded my entire amount:yahoo:

Now looking forward to placing another order CERTAINLY NOT WITH THIS SELLER even if this is Amazon Fulfilled. :ohyeah:

Good to know your money back and in future buy only amazon fulfilled orders and yes certainly not from this seller.. Better to boycott him and also write a review on site
