Denon AVR suggestion for these speakers

I have Tangent Speakers from Sanen Audio

Floorstanders - 110 RMS
Center Speaker - 100 RMS
Surround - 80 RMS
Subwoofer - 150 RMS 12 inch

My room is 10X12 .. It is going to be a dedicated HT room

Main use - movies (including 3D)

Projector - Epson EH TW8100

If I have to choose from Denon.. which one should I opt for? 1713 or 2113?
or can you suggest any other brand? I asked around for Onkyo but got a reply that their after sales services is a pain

Budget - Rs 30,000 to 41,000 max

I would really appreciate your suggestions for the same ..

P.S - Denon 2113 final quote I have recd from a dealer is 41,000
