On the Eversolo DMP A8 when connected to a power amp using RCA out. I find that selecting RCA/XLR seems to up the level and sounds more open as selecting the output as RCA Analog. If I remember correctly it was the other way previously but not sure. However as of now I find that selecting RCA/XLR over RCA analog sounds like a level up and much better. I recently upgrade firmware to 1.3.80, but not aware if that is what caused the change. In any case, what I would expect is that it remains the same irrespective for the same RCA. Is it a gain difference in these two output modes ? Have any of you out there with tha A8 seen this behaviour

well i dont own one but auditioned one over the RCA analog comparing with the DMP A6 and i felt the sounds closed and seemed more smoothed out and lacking life on the A8 compared to the A6.
