eBay Global Easy Buy

Dear all,
eBay's Global Easy Buy looks to be very tempting in terms of the prices of products. Has avyone bought somehting from there? What happens to the warranty.

Many members have bought items from ebay geb. Usually you won't get warranty in India. Or if something goes wrong, you will need to return it under your own responsibility. Also electric and electronic items from the US need 110v instead of our 230V power supply.

I'm tempted to buy Jamo S606 from eBay GEB...will I need a frequency converter for that?

Jamo S606 is a speaker system, right? You don't need any frequency converter for the speaker system. You need to check if your receiver's impedence matches with these speakers.

Can you provide the link,i dont think it will be cheaper than indian prices because of the weight.if global warrenty is provided and the price are lesser than india ,you can blindly go for it,most important is check if it is for a pair.

Ordered Yamaha RX-V667 through GEB for Rs. 26K and got it delivered yesterday :yahoo: Yet to test the receiver, though.

Last checked Jamo S606 5.0 setup was available for 30K at Reliance (after 30% discount)

Dont go for global easy before checking the local price. For eg, the chord chameleon IC available for 6k(hfv offer) to 7.5k is priced at 15k. Most of the items. Even items such as wdtv are overpriced as compared to local price.
