Feedback on Yamaha RX-V450

I am planning to go for 5.1 c receiver. i need your feedback either to go for Yamaha RX -V467 or Yamaha RX-V450 i am getting a good deal on Yamaha RX - V 450.

450 is older model with NO hi defination audio support ..like DTS HD Ma and Dolby true HD
legacy item so must being sold at low price
465 is current for mopre details refer forum

hi go for v467 its the latest and gives you worry free setup with 3d capable sound which you can pull from tv.

second if it is old one they were trying to push to remove the old stock and will be not that worth.

i will be able to post a detail review of this receiver once i receive it . i am working on that.

is there a major difference between RX-V467 and RX-V465 ?

might sound silly but excuse me for this, what is the difference between RX-V and AV ?
