Free light streaming software based on volumio

It uses opus audio codec and is just for streaming over the web. The quality is limited to sampling rates from 8 kHz (narrowband) to 48 kHz (fullband). It is convenent if you have local music on some laptop/desktop/server and want to play it on any other desktop/laptop without installing something complicated and will work on bandwidth challenged network.
It is totally unusable for me because
1. It doesn't maintain playcount
2. Doesn't have any rating mechanism other thumbs up and thumbs down
3. Just sufficient for cd quality music and cannot stream hi-res, dsd or even match spotify rate of 256 kbps
