Getting an US receiver! Power issues??

Hi all! Just wanted to know, if I get a receiver from US or the Onkyo 3300 (available for 20K), do I need a converter or something to run it here because of the voltage difference?

You will have power issues for sure .. due to the electricity board and frequent power cuts.

You need a step-down transformer. Only if you step-up your searching abilities you will find out the details though
