Gigabyte has introduced its latest gaming monitor, the MO27Q2, in the Chinese market. The monitor features a 27-inch QD-OLED panel with a 2K (2560×1440) resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate.
The MO27Q2 targets competitive gamers and high-end users with its Samsung-powered QD-OLED display. The panel supports true 10-bit color, 99% DCI-P3 coverage, and a peak brightness of up to 1000 nits. It carries the VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, which ensures improved dynamic range and contrast performance in HDR content.
Gigabyte has included two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4, and a USB-C port with 18W power delivery. The monitor also provides two USB-A 3.2 ports with KVM switch functionality, a USB-B upstream port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. These ports allow compatibility with PCs, consoles like the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, and USB-C devices.
The MO27Q2 uses Gigabyte’s AI-based OLED Care system, which manages screen maintenance features to reduce the risk of burn-in. The settings can be adjusted manually, and the monitor comes with a 3-year warranty that includes burn-in protection.
