Good AVR for around 24k & MIC mix requirement

What is a good AVR for around 24k nowadays ?
This is for a computer game demo setup for the office. Prefer to have a 5.1 only with at least 4 hdmi ins.

Requirements:

4 hdmi ins
5.1
Reliable
Mic input

Now the tricky part.

We need to connect a microphone into this amplifier as well. The microphone output needs to be mixed into the overall sound. All the game gear will be connected via HDMI to the receiver. Is something like this possible ?

Most AV receivers at that price point allow only a setup mic option, not sure if you can use that as in input to mix / record. You can check the specifications of these.
