Hi,

I have just bought a HK AVR 133. The purpose has been to be able to exact best sound quality from vinyls I have stored away for a very long time. Do I still need to procure an amplifier?

Hi, I am a newcomer to hifivision...

i am currently using an old harman kardon cd player hd7300 with harman kardon amplifier hk6100 connected to a pair of mordaunt short 906 floor stand 3 way speakers.

i thought of adding an equalizer, would it enhance the vocal sound?

Advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The best sound quality from old vintage vinyls come from tube amps like lyrita SET amp like this below hooked onto Lyrita harmony one speakers like below.
You should return the avr 133.
