HD channels only connection

Guys can anyone let me know which dth gives 1080p HD channels only with 5.1 hdmi audio.
I need only hd channels without sd.
Don't want sd channel subscription for HT room.

Any ideas?

Its all 1080i i dont think its 1080p because p consumes more bandwidth

No one gives like that. At least you have to select one minimum(Basic) package

reason is that there are not much HD channels available in india

videocon has max 23-24 channels as of now.

any service provider you will have to a base package and then additional HD package. Just HD service is far distant dream in india.

Best option is to go for Videocon DTH. Go for the basic package and along with that go for the HD channels package. Total cost should come around Rs 335. In this you will get 21 HD channels.

i have just opted for the same and got the installation done today. For the first month they are giving all channels for free under the offer.
