HD setup box for a HD Ready TV ? Is it worth it?

Hi Experts,

I have a Pana Plasma (HD Ready ) with Airtel DTH . I am planning to upgrade
to AIRTEL HD setup box.

Is it worth to upgrade? given the following

i) For HD channels will i get a same quality as FULL HD TV (as mine is HD Ready pana 42PV8)
ii) Will there be any difference in SD channels in terms of PQ and sound as i dont use any amplifier . It is only the TV sound
iii) My viewing is mostly SD channels


so given the scenario is it worth for a upgrade ?

I use Pana Plasma (HD Ready) with Tatasky HD DTH and quality is good for HD and SD channels.
