Help in choosing 32" led..

Hi all,

I need help in choosing a 32" led tv(no need for full hd)

Not decided on models . but which one to choose from the following brands..

1) Sharp 2) Panasonic 3) Samsung 4) LG.

also any suggestions on models below 35k would be appreciated..
