Help On Budget Setup [Fiio + Topping + Cambridge Audio s30 + Toshiba LED TV]

Hi all,

This is my first Thread, so easy on me pl.
I'm looking to make my first setup at home.
A VFM setup, under strict budget.

Plan is

1. Toshiba TV with TOSLINK(optical) out
2. FIIO Optical to RCA out DAC
3. Topping TP20 Amp
4. Cambridge Audio S30

thats it.

Now I wanna know how I can replace the FIIO+Topping into 1 unit?
Worth the drill or should i go ahead with this plan?
