We have been looking many different models and marks of led-tvs and came up with these models:
Panasonic TX-L47DT50E
Samsung UE46ES6535

What you think about those?

We are also open for other model suggestions but the tv should have:
led
smart
3D
antenna, cable and satellite digi
min 3 hdmi
scart
avi

SCART is a adapter you will find in use in Europe only - there also it is outdated. Ditto for S-Video though sometimes you may find it. Why do you need SCART anyway. SCART is just a shade better than Composite AV.

What do you mean by the last "avi"? If you mean composite AV, then yes all TVs more or less have it. TVs usually have the following inputs/outputs:

- 2/3/4 x HDMI ports (the costlier the TV, the more the HDMI ports)
- a 3D model will also have one HDMI from above with ARC
- 2 x Composite AV
- at least 1 x Component AV (most of the times 2)
- 1 x TV Coaxial 75 Ohm
- (sometimes) Optical Out
- Headphone out

Advice: Choose TV for picture quality only. As I say many times, everything else, including audio quality, is secondary. Smart apps/features are useless.
