hey guys i am rohit from mumbai new here .......well i had connected my pc to my sony home theatre via a 3.5mm stereo to stereo cord i was not getting any humming sound before but since past couple of days i am getting humming sound whenevr i connect my pc t home theatre i have changed the cord but still no use.....please help me out ....thankin in advance tkc and have a nice day....

Check out your electrical connections, whether you have the earth line properly grounded etc.

Hi,
other suggestion is if your Home Theatre Equipment has TWO pin plug, reverse it while connecting it into electrical socket.
Since at first it was working ok, other logical thing to check would be... did you change anything like moving your pc or HT to different location or somthing like that
