Hisense has introduced its U7Q Mini-LED television range in India, offering five screen sizes: 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, 85-inch, and 100-inch. The new TV line introduces a combination of AI-powered processing and advanced display technologies, aimed at meeting the varied entertainment needs of Indian consumers.
The U7Q series features the Hi-View AI Engine, designed to optimise picture quality, sound output, and power consumption in real-time. The flagship 100-inch model is equipped with the enhanced Hi-View AI Engine Pro, offering improved processing for picture refinement and home theatre performance.
Commenting on the launch, Pankaj Rana, CEO of Hisense India, said, “The U7Q represents our vision for the future of home entertainment in India. With AI-powered picture processing and premium gaming-centric features, we're delivering exceptional value to Indian families.”
On the gaming front, the U7Q series supports a native 144Hz refresh rate via Game Mode PRO. The 100-inch variant includes 165Hz Game Mode Ultra and native 165Hz VRR technology, in addition to support for AMD FreeSync Premium, targeting a smoother gaming experience.
Audio features include a built-in subwoofer and support for Dolby Atmos. The series runs on VIDAA Smart OS, which offers access to entertainment content and supports voice control through Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and VIDAA Voice. Hisense has also committed to providing eight years of software updates for the OS. VIDAA currently supports 28 languages, including Hindi.
The TV range includes Quantum Dot Colour for wider colour reproduction and Full Array Local Dimming for better contrast control. The AI 4K Upscaler enhances non-4K content, while HDR10+ Adaptive and Dolby Vision IQ support allow for improved high dynamic range visuals.
The U7Q Mini-LED TV series is available for purchase starting today through online platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart, as well as select offline retailers. Prices begin at Rs 59,999.
