How to connect analog 5.1 speakers to an S/PDIF port ?

So I have an S/PDIF connection on my TV and I want to connect analog 5.1 speakers ( those 3 x 3.5mm jack PC 5.1 speakers) to that S/PDIF port.

How do I do that ? Something cheap would be nice

I think you should buy this one because this is the only type that comes with its remote control else for any other , its a pain to keep changing input from the main unit.
