Can you guys please look into the venue and costing first? With and without sponsers. Based on that we can decide single room, multiple rooms for sponsors, personal stuff etc.

I can bring schiit Gungnir and Sugden amp.

Andy/Tanoj, What are you guys planning to bring?

Can you guys team up with someone who hasn't organized the meet yet and come up with some cost estimates with and without sponsors?

You can update here once you have a working team.
Once we have the initial estimate, we can decide either way.

Others, can you please list the equipment you can bring to the meet to get a rough idea?

@ Blasto I would need some inputs from someone who organized it last time. Maybe Sareen or Aman. Both of them are not reachable. I don't know the other guys who made it last time. Will talk to Sachin this weekend for inputs.

I'm in. As for the venue, last year's venue was pretty good if you ask me!
Sarin seems to be busy these days. I hope we get inputs from other FMs.
As per equipment, a list like last year would be the best thing for us to first collate and finalise the set-ups.

Hey, why dont we call this thread, HAM '14. Someone called it HAM 13 last time and I think it sounds cool and if there are any artists/illustrators, probably we should come-up with some sort of logo. What say guys?

Hey Guys - I think FM Nikhil from Hyderabad was a part of last years meet at Hyd. I think he played a key role as well.

Yes, he showed a nice venue, on parklane road, its Grand Solitare Hotel

Last time's location was nice however it was far from my place, Gachibowli

I suggest to add an extra part for the meet which will be an added sugar to the event: Used AV gears can be put for sale too combining the demo + sale.

We need atleast 15-20 People to initiate the meet, so whoever are interested please update the spreadsheet

Theironhorse , Aman , Sachin, Nikhil lets get this happen, please jumpin cos without your motivation and efforts this will not sail

Sachin seems busy can cannot partake in the arrangements. He said he will try to attend the meet if possible. So no inputs from his side.

If you guys can come up with initial list of locations and cost, we can shortlist.

I am in for the meet. Lets first get the count of people who will be attending the meet so that we can get a budget estimate .

I am going to be there provided I don't have any last minutes requirement for me to be elsewhere on that day.

Please try to get in touch with the FMs you are in touch with and first lets get the list of attendees.

I might not be able to participate much in organizing though.
