Is this TV deal(S90D) a good Buy?

Hey Guys,
I’m getting the Samsung S90D 55-inch for ₹1.25L through the corporate login offer. It comes with a 3-year warranty and also includes a free 55-inch DU7700 (Retails for around ~₹50K), which I’m planning to sell. Do you think this is a good deal?

I got same TV a month back, costing 1.06l including 3 yrs warranty from Reliance Digital.
