LED TV buying help needed

I am looking to purchase Samsung 40" UA40C5000 LED Full HDTV. The details are here: Samsung LED TV Series 5 .... if anyone has it please share experience or has expert opinion, please help regards

(a) Good decision or not
(b) Any alternative
(c) any drawbacks of LED
(d) best price i can get

40C5000 is a great choice. I took this home about a month back and very happy with its performance. I got it for 65K (+free Big TV HD which I connected with HDMI cable).
No 'drawback' of LED as such

I would suggest LG le 5300 or 5500,PQ was better than in Samsung,besides it is 42.
