LG 3D plasma models in india

Was searching for 3D plasma from LG. Surprised to know there is no model available in India to buy?
Any specific reason?

I think they are concentrating on Passive 3D technology only and AFAIK there are no plasma tvs with passive 3d tech.

I had a talk to LG management and they said they stopped selling 3d plasma in india due to risk of breaking screens etc.. and they will stop production worldwide as well in coming years...

any reason why you only want Lg? Samsung has many options in 3D plasma.
