LG 47LH70 or Samsung 46530 ?

Hi all,

I'm planning to set up a new HT with a large screen for movies and games (xbox 360)

Help me in choosing the right one among LG 47LH70 and Samsung 46 c530

I got a quote of 74K for Samsung and not sure abt the price of LG. Guess it wd be cheaper than sammy.

Let me know which model is better and is 74k gud deal for samsung

You should get 47LH70 for <= 70k. I had got final quote of 68.5k in Bangalore a few months back.
I havent seen C550, but seen its previous version (B530). Between Samsung B530 and LG LH70, I will recommend LH70. Unless C530 is way better than the B530, LH70 will be my choice ahead of C530. Sams9 in this forum is a happy owner of 47LH70 - he had posted a detailed review of his LH70 sometime back in this forum that you can search & read.
If your budget can be extended beyond 75k, you may also want to consider Sony (EX500) 46 model. But yes, within 75k range Samsungs C5xx 46 and LGs LH70 47 models are probably the best choices (among LCDs). You can choose whichever looks better to your eyes - you should be happy with either.
