Highly doubt it cause 72 hours which amounts to 9 days of continuous usage 8 hours/day

When did u get? If you got it around diwali, you would have used as much. Doesn't seem like when u are watching..

Please dont create thread for every problem,
you just checked after installation ? if it is not zero it should be used TV

please report to LG, and where you got the TV immediately and ask for replacement, it will generally take a week if you keep a pressure on them

Which store in Chennai was this?
I'm sure most stores give out used pieces. The new trick is to not remove the protective screen cover even while using the TVs as a demo piece so they can repackage and sell it later.

I've only seen Croma, Reliance have proper demo pieces. Most other shops do the same trick
