The B5-series runs on LG’s new Alpha 8 AI Processor Gen2, which boosts image and sound performance by analyzing over 1.6 billion visual settings and 40 million sound profiles. The display supports Dolby Vision, HDR10 Pro, Dolby Atmos, and FILMMAKER MODE. With over 8.3 million self-lit pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate, the OLED panel delivers clear motion, deep blacks, and accurate colors.

It includes NVIDIA G-Sync, AMD FreeSync Premium, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), and a 0.1ms response time. Cloud gaming is fully supported with access to Xbox Cloud Gaming, NVIDIA GeForce NOW, and Amazon Luna. With an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription and a Bluetooth controller, users can play games directly on the TV without needing a console.

The AI Picture & Sound Wizard adjusts settings automatically based on user behavior. The new AI Magic Remote includes a dedicated AI button for quick access. AI Welcome greets users by name and suggests content, while AI Voice ID switches profiles based on who is speaking.

It comes with four HDMI 2.1 ports, two USB-A ports, Ethernet, Bluetooth 5.3, and Wi-Fi 6E. The B5 supports Apple AirPlay 2, Google Cast, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit, and Matter. It runs on LG’s WebOS platform, and the company promises five years of software updates under its WebOS Re:New program.

The 83-inch model priced at $4,499 and now open for pre-order on LG.com. Other sizes, including 77, 65, and 55 inches, are available at authorized retailers.
