Low Sound from BA26 speaker

Hi

I have bought BA26 speakers from hifi mart earlier and paired them with NAD 320bee amp bought from fellow FM.
Recently i have observed that the sound from one of the speakers is very low when compared to the other speaker.I have tried changing the connections at back of the amp and finally i think the fault is with the speaker .
Friend how to rectify it ....is there any one in Chennai ( to which i can make a short trip ) who can repair it or i have to send it hifimart for repair..{lease help me in this regard...

Did you check by changing the speakers?
I mean left connector to right speaker and vice versa.
If the speaker is indeed faulty, then I remember the HIFImart person telling that there is a service center at Mumbai (?)

Yes I have checked changing the speakers and the result is the same...one speaker is faulty...but the issue is the cost of sending the speaker to Bombay and getting back is costly ....i thought of looking for some one who could repair in Chennai or some where near ...

I suppose you would have checked the polarity of the wires. Red-red, black-black.
Surely there must be an authorized dealer in Chennai who could help.
