Low Sound out put on my Xtreamer Pro

Hi,
purchased the Xtreamer PRO.
Connected via a HDMI cable to my Denon 2309 AV reciever.

But while playing movies or music, the sound output is VERY low.
Means I have to turn on the volume on the AVR to -4.0 or -1.0 to get a good output.

But a similar movie played on Sony BDP runs well at sound volumce of -15.0 to 10.0.

What can be the reason ?

Try it with another HDMI Cable...

It could just be a bad recording that was downloaded. Try downloading a FLAC format of the same play it.

All are uncompressed ISO and FLAC formats.

The gain of the output from the Xtreamer seems to be low. Go through the menus in the media player and see if there is gain/volume control. Adjust that and things should be all right.
