Got spare amp pm 6004 want to pair it with good budget possibly tower speakers, [budget below 30 thousand] any suggestions?

While 'good' is quite relative, in the audiophile parlance it will be difficult to get 'good' tower speakers within 30K. Your best option is to look at the used market and you can get some really great value for money at times. Either that or you will have to increase your budget by quite a bit for new speakers.
Plus unless getting towers is an absolute must, you should generally consider bookshelves in the same budget. Almost always the better performing option in tight budgets.

I am using an old monitor audio rx8 floorstander with a marantz pm5005 in my 2nd setup. I suspect monitor audio rx6 will sound better. You could consider a used rx6/rx8 floorstander if one comes up for sale

For the amplifier and for the budget, a bookshelf speaker will serve you better.
