mTunes HD in Airtel now

Airtel has added one more HD channel mTunes HD at channel no.391. Audio is DD 5.1.

Video Seems to be full HD but I doubt regarding the audio if it is 5.1 DD. The audio is not as good as Star movies HD.

I think its 15 day demo and later 15 rs per month. Does it worth or Sony mix better?

this is better, sony mix is not hd.

Also all channels are 1080i and not full hd 1080p

MtunesHD -- rubbish channel with rubbish selection of songs, most good hindi songs are never played. And less said about the audio is better, no surround effect only average 320 Kbps mp3 quality.

Airtel gives it in DD5.1. But Mtunes HD is Mono, not even stereo. Connect to headphone and check. The worst audio experience. :indifferent14:

Reviving an Old Thread.

I am on Airtel and mTunes HD does come in 5.1 audio format(that's what my receiver says). However, the sound output is not very good. I wonder why. :sad:

In a music channel, more than Video quality, I am looking for Audio quality.

My question to you all; Is it worth unsubscribing this channel and subscribing to another channel for better Audio Quality, I am Okay even if it is Stereo? If yes, Which One? The options are quite limited I guess, Mtv(do they still play songs?), 9XM,... Please Advice.
