Good going. The difficult part of cutting the wood and the driver cut-outs is over. Now you need to fix the drivers. Are you going to flush mount them?? Pay attention to the finish, make sure there are no sharp ends.

Well... I have mentioned in the main post that i have completed the construction a year ago.
The carpenter screwed up the cutting part and the finishing was not as i expected.
I did a mistake during painting which made the box look ugly. At the end, i bought some rexin (the material used to make seat covers in cars and bikes) and covered up the entire speaker. I will post the pictures soon.
@gopib, the drivers are surface mounted. At that point of time, i had zero knowledge about any of these things.

These boxes were made a year ago. I have installed a Dianty 6" woofer and a tweeter. They are powered by Onkyo amplifier."
Could u explain the design aspect. U have used a slotted bass port. But I also see a divider board between woofer and tweeter but woofer and tweeter enc losures do not seem to be fully separated/ sealed. Besides i see a large diameter opening in this divider board. Did u base it on some established design?

Well, I followed the design in the link below. I added the divider board just for bracing.

I tried with plywood dealers here but they dont know what mdf means. So is there any local term or any pointers where i would find them commonly and what i should lookout for, any industrial name?

They may call it Bhoosa board or Choora board. I am sure it is available.
But 1" ply works well. And holds screws a lot better.

did you use fevicol to glue the boards together? have you just glued the boards or have you nailed/screwed them as well, over and above the gluing?
