My first step to big screen experience....

Today i bought Dell M110 Led projector and the experience is awesome specially when using HD contents, the picture quality is near to perfection,it is double in size of my cell phone but deliver quite big,the only department it lags in playing USB video's and unable to play through A/V input(Airtel digital tv non HD).

need help from FM's who all already using the same projector in configuring it to wifi setup. but first i would like to know is it possible to play video using wifi through my PC/Mobile, is the quality remain same as we get through HDMI while playing HD content.


Dear members please help me in setting up this little baby, also how do i mount it on my wall/ceiling.
any other suggestion is appreciable.

Looks like this Projector has a very short throw range and you should be able to set up an 80 inch diagonal image by placing this about 4 feet from the screen- Try it out and see what you get.

Not sure if you can wall/ ceiling mount this-- because it is meant to be placed on a table-- and I did not see any lens shift to place it on the ceiling

What's the update Viren? Any success with wifi-transmission? How are you setting it up? Via wifi dongle?

Also, regarding placement, an another member suggested that its a short throw PJ, hence before setting up, check the throw & the image from the place you want to set it up permanently. The problem is that like conventional PJs, you cannot fix LED pjs at the far opposite end of the wall.

Do consider putting up a small review of your PJ on the forum along with the price that you paid. It will help many prospective buyers here.

Streaming over wifi requires DLNA compliance. Check the projector manual. Is it DLNA compliant?
