Need advice to buy 1080p TV

Hi, so I am basically looking for suggestions to purchase a 1080p tv of price under 60 to 65k.....Also to consider,

1. Primary importance to the picture quality as I would be mostly watching movies and TV shows.

2. Do not care about the smart features and the brand name.

3. Screen size above 40 inch and less than 50 inch

I suggest you to go for a 4k tv with excellent upscaling. I believe 2017 will be the year of 4k there is already quite a few content available. If you are okay with chinese brand then suggest leeco 4k tv it has pretty good upscaling. There is thread for that check it out to get some opinions from real users
