Need Help for 26'' LCD TV

Hi,
I wish to buy a 26'' LCD TV this Diwali. My budget is very low and is under INR 18000. I have zeroed in a LG Model 26CS410.
Please advice whether this is a good model or should I go for Toshiba 32'' LCD in the similar price range.

Even I feel 32" would be best option and I heard Toshiba is a good deal too.

There are some Philips 32" LCD with USB movie playback. My friend bought for 21K.
Worth having a look.
