Need help to setup home theater

Hi Friends,
I am buying a new flat. And I want to setup home theater in master bed room size is 12x14.
Could you please suggest me how to start it? I do not want to make ceiling and all. But please let me know the idea how to fix the speakers around the room.
Please suggest me the components I have to buy. My budget is 50k excluding LED and DVD player.
