My only advice is check the price from as many dealers as possible. And good way to extract the best price is to play them. That said be aware that you also want to buy it from someone who will give you good after sales. That's why personally visit them while getting the price. And don't hesitate to call the distributor, he might sell it to you without the dealer margin.

I personally feel the 685s are not worth 60-65K, they are overpriced, you can get better speakers with less money. If you are not enamoured by the B&W name then I would suggest to listen to as many speakers as possible in the same price range before you part with your cash.

I listened to B&W speaker 683 series (an FS) and they sounded the most flattest of all speaker combinations i auditioned. (This maybe good for some listeners). Somehow, they did not have life in them and they are expensive.

If you are wiling to spend 60-65k, your better option would be to go for Dali Zensor 7 Floor stander at similar price levels without the extra stand costs for a bookshelf.
