The Benedectines of this order were founded here in India by the current Bishop of Kottayam, Mathew Moolakattil. I thibk the main house is located in Kottayam, but Im not sure.The branch here is currently the only one that makes cheese at this time because good milk is available here. You could call up Fr Michael at the number on the site to check.
