Hey all - just ordered what I hope is a great TV (most I've ever spent on one) in the 65 inch Samsung KS8000 (old tv pictured). I recently moved and want to have a really clean wall with no cable boxes or wires. Anyone have any advice on how I should go about doing this? I'm going to attach 2 pictures so you can see the front and back of the wall. I appreciate all suggestions and advice.

Congratulations on your purchase. Awesome TV to have.
In my thought you have two option:
1) Ready made wall panels are now available that you can just place in front of your wall and mount your tv on that panel. This way there will be no holes or damage done to your house wall. The wires can be taken through the back of the panel and will stay hidden between the panel and your front wall.
2) The TV will be wall mounted to your wall, you need to drill 1.25 inch diameter hole in the back of the wall where the TV is wall mounted, so that the hole reaches the back side of the wall. Take the wires of the TV and all your other connected devises through this hole so that it gets hidden from the front view.

You need to add a wooden shelf at the bootom of the floor with about 50cm height and place your cable box and other streamers in it. In that case you need to have a hole similar to the one that's made at the center of the wall at the bottom of the wall. where the wires will come back to the room from the back and will reach the wooden cabinet.
