Nokia TV vs Samsung ES6800

I am thinking of getting this 55 inch tv and placing my old es 6800 inside.Will this be an upgrade or will it be a downgrade.Please ignore the smart features,Not a fan plus have a fire stick and an airtel box.

Never know Nokia has a TV. One of my friend got one plus TV, it's very good.
