o! play mini problems with audio and video

Hi group can any one help me with the diagnosis of O! play mini hd media player.

The volume cant be increased and the system/ output colour is dull when the device is switched on.

though the colour could be adjusted by video settings but doing this everytime it is switched on is a problem.

however unable to forward the movie and increase the volume.

Update new firmware again and check. If problem still persist then Contact Asus Support

Hi Ajay,

thanks for the reply. I have updated the firmware, however no use. the volume does not increase and the colour is not improving( need to set it manually in the video settings) Pls refer any repair centres in pune/ mumbai. the asus support team has asked me to contact the dealer. the dealer says its out of warranty. Pls help out.

hi all,

i deposited my media player with service centre at pune but not sure about the repalcement from them as they say the products in 2011 were having 1 yr warranty and now they have two yr warranty.

lets see what the network engineer has got to say.
