On Wall speaker suggestion

I am looking for an On Wall speaker pair to go with my 50" TV. I prefer them to self powered so that I don't have to add any more electronics (My room already looks like a control room for a missile launch facility.)

I would want to avoid a sub woofer as well.

Pics are going to take some time... Mainly because I need to remember to take them at home then upload it somewhere and then come back here and post the link. So, probably never. But here goes the equipment list

* 50" Plasma
Two discretely powered voltage stabilisers (Mainly to keep spinning disks on the Inverter and the TV on mains) with secondary spike strips
* PS3
* WDTV Live Hub
* Tata sky HD+
* DVD Player
* Blu-Ray player (Region B)
* Wi-Fi Router (wireless internet bridge from another room to connect up the PS3, TV, Media Player and Satellite DVR)
* Two external Hard disks (one for the router doubling as a download station cum NAS and the other as secondary storage to the Media Player) and
* a rats nest of cables.

Some of the items are redundant. But I have well considered reasons for living with them.

I hope you realize why I need to keep things to the bare minimum. I am forgoing a 5.1 speaker system for something which is minimalist. I can consider importing from Amazon Germany as well.

Powered wall mounted speakers under 20k..hmmmm

I was going to suggest the Audio engine A5 but I see they are not wall mountable and the quads are way out of your budget and neither are they wall mountable so looks like your only hope is to get preowned bookshelves and amplifier.

Finding wall mountable bookshelves can be a hassle. I got lucky to get the EISA award winning e7 wall mounted bookshelves and they perform flawlessly on the wall because they've been designed that way. Here is a pic how they are mounted and wires are inside wall goes to amp.

BTW I have them for sale at 12k cuz I'm going abroad for studies if you're interested.
