Optical Cable to RCA

Hi All, I have recently bought a Sony Bravia EX520 LED TV. While everything is good about the TV, unfortunately it does not have AV out facility. My DAPIC home theatre system provides for RCA input (L+R) and no optical input facility.

Don't know how to overcome this issue, is there a converter or a cable with OPTICAL at one end and RCA at the other end. I saw such images in google search.

Can someone help me out.

its not easy to convert analog to digital and vice versa but the converter as mentioned by baiju above should do the job. Isnt there any analog audio out on the tv?
