Optical to Coaxial connectivity

I came across lots of DVD Home Theatre Systems and found many of them have only Optical Audio IN while most HD STBs have only Coaxial Audio OUT. Is there any such Cable available which is Optical to Coaxial , just like HDMI to DVI Cable ? If not, any other solution to get the Coaxial out and Optical In connected ?

There is a connector available that when attached to the end of the Optical cable, will make it Coaxial.It came with my Asus Xonar D21X sound card, so similar ones should be available separately....plz check around some local audio stores.

yes, i have one that I an not using..

it coax to optical, not the other way round, which is what the OP wanted. but got it inverted while he wrote the post..
