Got computer hardware@Taiwan at GRT deals

GPU : Aorus RTX 2080, 8Gb

CPU : AMD RYZEN 7

Motherboard : Gigabyte Aoros X470-F ultra gaming

SSD's : 1TB x 2
Power Unit

Total Cost 1.25 lakhs INR

Query:
Want to carry as cabin luggage , GPU and Motherboard without it's original box (very big boxes )

First is it allowed in airlines as cabin luggage

Second How to travel without original packing for protection against static .

You can keep each item individualllly in anti static bag to avoid static

I am sure it would have come that way with the original packing too.
