I own a Philips Fidelio B5/12. I am able to get sound when I connect through optical input but no sound when I connect through HDMI via HDMI ARC. I have tried resolving any handshake issues (chronology of connections, TV settings, disconnecting STBs etc.) but after multiple efforts over multiple TVs, seems like that is not the issue. The TVs I have tried to connect this with are Samsung Frame (2019), LG C2 and one more LG TV (2021 model). Strangely, when I connect it to the LG TV (not the C2), I am able to listen to system sounds but not regular sound. The last I had successfully used the soundbar through HDMI ARC was some 3 years back on my Leeco X55. The soundbar hasn't been used since and I am keen on using it through HDMI ARC. A quick search over the internet revealed that firmware download links are no longer available. Appreciate any help to resolve the issue.
