Picture quality degrade on LG 32in Jazz with Airtel HD

Hey Guyz,
I got Airtel HD a couple of days back and ever since I started using that, my picture on LG 32inch Jazz tv has gone down. I get lot of ghosts and dissipated colors. It doesn't look good at all. The problem is all my TV inputs (TV, AV1, AV2 ..HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3) are having this display problem now. I am using a Denon AVR 1311 to pass 3 HDMIs - Apple TV, Bluray Disc and Airtel HD and output to HDMI1 on the TV.
Not sure what the problem is, whether it is TV or the Airtel HD, since I get the same picture quality for all input sources. The Airtel service guy is coming in today to look at it. Hopefully it can be fixed, but just want to know if you have faced any similar issue and if you know any solution that fixed it.

The way you have described the issue - all inputs in TV has the same distorted picture. This clearly make the TV cause of the issue. So how would you assume Airtel HD box is the culprit? You are outputting everything through Denon, so it just could be an HDMI cable coming from Denon issue or Denon might be causing this trouble.

Gist - please expand the problem so we could help.

Well airtel HD has better picture(colours not gr8)as scaling & you have to set output as 1080i.On my 32in LCD,everything looks fine.
