The sub looks like it will need a decently powerful amp to run well. The component speakers looks okay. Of all the Kenwood subs I got to experience, they had a smooth (likable) bass. I liked Rockford Fosgate component speakers.

For any good speakers you need to see what frequencies are getting covered. (20hz - 20khz). The speakers that cover the maximum frequencies is definitely good. The Higher the sensitivity, the better it is as it will match and run on low / mid sized amps.
End of the day it depends on what appeals to you in terms of listening and what is within budget. Pioneer has been in the Car market for years and their decks are reliable performers and some of their speaker models.
